Delivery
Tool Choice delivery charges are calculated during the checkout
process and can be viewed before completing your order. Our Shipping
Rates for UK & Overseas are based on the weight of the product being
sent and the destination (delivery address). Due to the nature of
the goods we send, Tool Choice always charges carriage on every
order, and where applicable all carriage charges Include UK VAT @
20%. Tool Choice calculates the carriage being charged based on the
weight of the products being sent.
Domestic Delivery
The parcels and pallets we dispatch are always sent via a tracked
service and sent via a contracted courier (DHL, FedEx, DPD, Royal
Mail etc) who will require a valid signature from a person, aged 16
years or older, as proof of delivery. If there is nobody
available/present at the time of delivery, usually a calling card
will be left by the courier advising if a further attempt is to be
made, or giving contact details of the courier's local depot for you
to make alternative arrangements.
Delivery to some remote areas (e.g. Scottish Highland areas and
Channel Islands) may be longer and also may incur a small surcharge
at the point of checkout.

International Shipping
We can ship to most places within Europe and around the world.
Please note: We cannot ship Products classed as Full Dangerous
Goods or Dangerous Goods in Limited Quantities to international
destinations, when sent by Air.
To see the shipping charge for your country, we recommend that you
register an account and add the products you require to your basket.
The carriage charge will be automatically calculated in the basket so
you will be able to see the cost before you complete checkout.
Completing deliveries to some international destinations will incur
an additional charge to the costs shown in the basket if the delivery
address is classed as being outside the normal delivery area for your
country.
Please note - that although we stock over 19,000 products in
our Warehouse, we can't stock every product range, so if you need to
check the lead time of a product, please contact us on
0121 805 2740. Lead times will vary depending on product range
and manufacturer
As we are a UK based company and ship from the UK. We'd like to
remind customer that deliveries to outside of the UK may incur duties
charged upon receipt of the goods. It is the responsibility of the
buyer to pay these duties and not Tool Choice.
